​We undertake to comply with the provisions of the law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms and those of regulation (EU) n° 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
This personal data policy informs about the conditions under which LVBP, as a controller, collects and uses personal data.
This policy applies to data that may be collected in-store, by email, by phone and on our website.
The data controller is GREDE YOANN EI (LVPB), registered with the Paris BCR under number 940 35 7965 whose head office is located at 1 rue Malassis 75015 Paris.
What personal data do we collect?
The Customer and Prospect data collected by LVPB may be as follows: name, surname, title, email address, date of birth, postal address and delivery address, telephone number. LVPB also collects browsing data through the use of cookies, in accordance with current legislation.
LVBP will not create a customer account for anyone under the age of 16.

How is this data collected?
This data may be collected when you shop, create a customer account on our website, place an online order, subscribe to the newsletter, take part in a contest or use our website.
Information marked with asterisks is mandatory and must be provided. This is information necessary for the provision of a service or conclusion of the contract. For example, your mailing address is required to deliver an order.

On what legal basis?

The collection of your personal data is necessary for LVBP to:

Subject to your consent, this data also allows us to:

How do we use cookies?
Browsing data (cookies) are computer files stored on the hard disk of the client’s or prospect’s computer. It is intended to report a previous visit of the customer or prospect on a website. It is used to make your life easier (such as keeping your basket in memory).

Who is your data for?
The recipients of the data are LVBP’s customer & e-commerce services, as well as several payment providers: Payplug and PayPal, the company responsible for maintaining the system and the host of the LVPB site: WIX, and our transport providers Colissimo to ensure delivery of customer orders. Data transfers with our service providers are governed by contract and applicable law, and are subject to an adequate level of data security.
The data may also be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, or in order to comply with other legal obligations

What are your rights and how do you exercise them?
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you may:
- access all your data (subject to certain restrictions),
- correct, update your data if it is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated,
- request the portability of your data,
- object to the processing of your data,
- request the deletion of your data. This is not an absolute right, as we may be required to retain your personal data for legal, legitimate or contractual reasons,

Right to file a complaint with the CNIL
Any customer or prospect has the right to file a complaint with the competent authority.
If after contacting our company, you find that your «Informatique et Libertés» rights are not respected, you can address a complaint to the Commission nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés or CNIL, 3 Places de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

How long will your data be kept?
LVBP undertakes not to keep personal data longer than necessary, in accordance with the needs of the relevant business and legal archiving requirements.
For example, and in accordance with the Simplified Standard 48 for the management of customer and prospect files, personal data relating to customers/prospects may not be retainedbeyond the strictly necessary storage period for the management of the commercial relationship. At the end of the retention periods that LVPB has set, the data is either deleted or anonymised for statistical purposes.
When data is deleted or anonymized, LVPB is no longer able to recover it.
Are your data processed outside the EU? / Data transfers outside the EU.
Your personal data is stored in France, but may be transferred to service providers or subcontractors located in a country outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that the processing carried out complies with a level of protection of personal data corresponding to that required by law.

Are your data shared with other companies?
LVPB undertakes not to sell your personal data to partner brands for commercial purposes.
Your personal data may be shared with some of our subcontractors to enable them to carry out advertising campaigns (send the campaigns, optimize mailings, improve campaign targets...).

How do we secure your personal data?
LVPB ensures the technical and physical security of the data collected to combat the unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure of personal data in an accidental or unlawful manner.
LVPB shall, in particular:
- Management of authorizations: use of rights limited to the strict need of the account,
- Authentication process
- Testing and audit.
LVBP would like to draw your attention to the creation of an online customer account.
The creation of a customer account can only be carried out by entering a username and password that are personal to you. However, you must protect your account password and not share it with anyone. It is best not to reuse the same password for multiple sites. As a reminder, LVPB will never ask you, via the sending of an email, your username, password or bank details. If you receive a request from us, do not respond and immediately destroy the email

Data breach
LVBP undertakes to notify the CNIL of any breach of personal data under the conditions prescribed by the relevant regulations.
The client/prospect will be informed of any data breach that could have a significant impact on him, for example, infringing his rights or posing a risk to him or his entourage.
